I have one of those, but I thought pressure had to be rolled across on prints rather than stamped down. Am I wrong? The nipping press has a plate that comes down onto the lower plate by turning a wheel that looks like a small steering wheel--the kind on a car except made of iron. Wouldn't the image on the board be crushed? Mine cost only $45 at an antique flea market. Maybe we're talking about different things.
