Mine is two file cabinets full of everything you can imagine from color combinations that caught my eye, to wildlife, to cityscapes: you name it! When I need a reference I go to the file, much as Gillyin has described. I highly recommend this practice - For out of print books - try www.powells.com. They have a rare and used book dept. and can often get what you're looking for. I hope you don't mind as it is their way to promote the year-around exhibits (such as our Baren's) and letting the patrons know of all the events. If you have any problems let me know and I will speak with them.... You dont really want me to tell you about how our weather is at the moment. Still getting high thirties (not farenheit). LAst night we went for a moonlit walk on the beach and Grant took at dip in the ocean at about 1am. It was a beautiful night. Having trouble woth my vegies. Under seige from an exquisite king parrot which has its eyes on my tomatoes. Visualise Josephine periodically running out into the yard and chasing it away. And someone (possums?) has been having a good munch around the vegies beds overnight. THe pink and grey galahs have just about moved into the front yard - trashed the blossom on the christmas bush. But otherwise a hot and peaceful summer in the forest, at the beach. Wish you could all come for tea on the verandah. Even if you are not interested in the job, you will find the tour of the institute insteresting. http://www.crowsshadow.org So take a look, somewhere in there is my picture, which really surprised me, looking out over the wonderful country near by, the blue mountains (hills). Being on this board has been wonderful, such an opportunity to be a part of this exciting adventure, a one of a kind happening. And of course printmaking is involved!
