Baren Digest Saturday, 28 July 2001 Volume 16 : Number 1504 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Julio.Rodriguez@walgreens.com Date: Fri, 27 Jul 2001 11:48:21 -0500 Subject: [Baren 15272] Re: Prints - final thoughts! 07/27/2001 11:48:17 AM Sharri, thanks for the info on silk screening...but I was quoting verbatim from the book (1960's). Eli, Tyrus, others.....thanks for the input, seems like this subject , (just like our utility bills!) surfaces every month or so....my apologies for revisiting the topic. Bill.....as always I learn a lot from reading you posts which always raise the discussion to higher levels. I will leave you with this personal thought: In a cosmic way, we ( meaning mankind) are all "printmakers" of sorts. Each of us is here in this universe for a very short period of time and each is destined to leave a lasting impression. Call "IT" the universal woodblock, and each one of us the lines & scratches that make for the final image or future "Print". Some leave long and lasting marks that endure for centuries, others merely scratch the surface. Some run their marks deep across the grain and obscure the message while others work hard to correct the mistakes and bring the work forward. Some marks are more visible than others......But certainly we all leave our mark behind. I am grateful to be here and be a contributing part of this project. thanks...Julio ------------------------------ From: Claude Villeneuve Date: Fri, 27 Jul 2001 13:39:09 -0400 Subject: [Baren 15273] Re: Dialing?
