I have a print which received an award at the juried non-member's show at Pen & Brush Gallery at 16 East Tenth Street in New York City. The show will be up until November 27, and the reception/awards ceremony will be this Sunday from 2-5 pm (awards at 2:30). The gallery is open daily from 12-6 pm. You then punch a hole in your paper, hole punch size, and use these as your register guides. Very simple tool. And they are sold at screen printing supply houses. I think you can use a push pin and a tooth pick in almost the same way.
