Baren Digest Tuesday, 25 December 2001 Volume 17 : Number 1665 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- From: "Lee and Barbara Mason" Date: Mon, 24 Dec 2001 11:05:03 -0800 Subject: [Baren 16548] #11.5 What a nice Christmas present I just received! 11.5 flora in the mail. They are wonderful, I swear we are collectively getting better at this. Not one ringer in the bunch and several so clever working around the flora theme. So congrats to all and thanks to all who signed up and made a wonderful print! I am anxiously awaiting 11.0 here and know it will be on the way soon. I am almost done carving my fireman print, will print it the few days after Christmas when we are resting up from the big day of eating too much. My husband likes it, which means it should have a little universal appeal and may actually sell. He is not too excited about my work or any work in general so this is high praise. I am working at finding a venue here in Portland for the portfolio and will let you know, I am negotiating for two separate spots. John Center, how many people have actually signed up for this? It would be nice to know how many prints we will be able to exhibit. I thought 30, but am not sure we actually have commitments from 30 people. If not, we need a few more to make the commitment. There is still time folks, if you miss the first exhibit, not to worry, just make the prints and send for the second exhibit. We can always send an extra print to a purchaser after the fact. It would be nice to sell all these. I went to the local fire station to look at the clothes and they were so nice, took a bunch of digital pictures for me and put on all the stuff....I got a little fashion show in the station! Good Holiday to everyone, Barbra ------------------------------ From: "marilynn" Date: Mon, 24 Dec 2001 15:36:24 -0800 Subject: [Baren 16549] Re: Baren Digest V17 #1664 MERRY CHRISTMAS OR HAPPY HOLOIDAYS TO EACH OF YOU.
