And John Amoss, dyes are not usually considered lightfast. I wouldn't use
Dr. Martin's for hanga printing. Lightfast pigment dispersions are so easily
available, I don't see why you would use anything else. Pthalo green & blue,
cobalt, a variety of quinacridones, hansa yellow, others. Check Michael
Wilcox's "The ArtistŐs Guide to Selecting Colours", Colour School
Publications, London 1997.
