Hi folks, just wanted to let you New York City folks know that 3 or 4 of my works will be included in an exhibition of the New York Chapter of the Sumi-e Society, "Sumi-e: Contemporary Voices" at the Open Center, 83 Spring Street (between Broadway and Lafayette), October 29, 2005 to Jan. 2, 2006.

The opening reception is this Saturday, October 29, from 6 to 9 pm.

[specific work from the show isn't presently online, but probably will be within a few weeks or so - but you can get an idea of the different artists in this group]

The gallery hours are Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, and weekends by appointment -

Congratulations on your work in this exhibit, Charles. I've been to
this museum many, many moons ago when I visited relatives, but cannot
get over there any time soon from Kentucky. How did you find out about
submitting your work for this?
