Hello Bareners,
This week I delivered 13 prints to the University of Iowa Hospitals. It is my Cancer Imaging series. They will hang from Nov 9 to the first week in February.
I also took 3 small prints to hang in a show in Cedar Falls at a gallery associated with Art Store and More. My prints are at my web site. www.phelpsprints.com.

Louis,
Not wanting to beat a dead horse, however, if you feel the slightest bit uneasy about a "web sale", don't do it! I received a similar email several months ago from a person in England who wanted to pay double for a print of mine if I would send a cashiers check to his “girl” who was away at school in another part of the U.K. Red flags went up all over the place. When I told him that my banks security officer wanted more information about him, the emails stopped immediately! Web sites for most artists are setup so one can make a purchase directly without having to use phony cashiers’ checks. Don’t do it!

Hi all,
About the cashiers checks used for purchases my husband and I ran into a
similar responce when we were selling a car on line. That scam was to send
you more than the selling price of the car, so then you are supposed to send
them back the difference in another cashiers check. By the time the bank
discovers that the check that was sent to you is worthless it is a bit to
late. They don't want a car, they want a legal check back that they can cash
in. Luckily for us we did some researching on line and uncovered this scam
tactic. So seller beware.
