I watched a Discovery Channel program once on HUGE machines and I saw this
PRINTER that is computer operated, just like ours. The difference is that in
one end goes your file and out the other end comes out a perfectly bound
book (or 200 of them), complete with cover.
It was truly amazing to watch. Anyhow, I am assuming Lulu has something of
the sort so they can print, literally, on demand.

Hey, maybe Mike will be featured in that show next time!

Judging by an email I just received, it looks like email addresses from
the Baren list have been spidered by '419' scammers. I'm sure everyone
knows to ignore these nasty stupidities, but here's the a quote from the
