Hello all,

Like Sarah, I too am thinking of purchasing the Dick
Blick 999 Model II etching press and would also
appreciate any information anyone has to share about
this press.

I am not yet quite certain about the correct way to
post or reply to this forum, so I hope this query is
routed to to its proper destination.

I have one of the largest model and it is wonderful. Best purchase I ever
made!
Mine came with a warped press bed and they sent me off a replacement free of
charge right away.

I am also interested in the Dick Blick 999 etching press, so please copy
your replies to me, thanks.

Marilyn, the Year of the Dog water has gone under the bridge and is already
far downstream, as far as I am concerned. I just did not want anyone
privately fuming and building up a resentment because they did not get a dog
or a boar from me, even if they misplaced it. So if you don't miss it, just
don't worry about it. Surely your big move is more important than a few
puppies and pigs. I can root around and look for another copy for you, but
they are not filed, they are basically hidden somewhere. I put it somewhere
and presto, it has disappeared until I have located the mental key, which is
usually to call Howard and ask him if he has seen it. Then I turn around
and it has magically appeared in the next portfolio I search. You are one
of the most principled people I know.
