Ruth: I love your new series! The colors are sooooo rich and yummy! I
visit your website often and have referred classmates to it now an
then...why...well because in some of our printmaking classes our textbook
was titled "Etching, Engraving and Other Intaglio Printmaking Techniques"
by Ruth Leaf!

I can't imagine that there is another printmaking Ruth Leaf in the country.
Ruth, I'm impressed that this book has become a university print studio
standard, in my studio it rests right beside my copy of "The Complete
Printmaker."

Ruth's book compliments Romano's with more detailed studio info, tips and
great step by step illustrations--we artists tend to refer to the pictures
before we turn to the words! This book has saved me in time and $$$$$s
many time!

Hi Maria
Yes I did receive the prints last friday. However being a very bad writer and great procrastinator it took me a number of days to hit the keyboard. A huuuge thank you for your saintlike pacience, dedication and dogged determination to see this through. I like the way you did it with that envelope. Once again, thanks.
I had a look at your Whelan press.A magnificent machine and I like the concept of thr stationary bed. Great. I have been looking for something in NZ. Nothing comes on the second hand market here, but I found this manufacturer http://www.almaproducts.co.nz/standard_ped.htm What do you think?
I would like to take this opportunity to also thank all the participants in this exchange for your prints. I'd like to say beautiful, but somehow ir doesn't befit the subject,but thank you.
