Hello Bareners: I bought a mini press in Jerrys arterama in Texas. I think it is Chinese. The dimensions are:
DEMINSIONS OF PRESS:12.75"X 9.75"X 6.75 ISWITHOUT THE HANDLE OR CRANKS. The roller is about 1.5 inches The problem is that I cannot get enough pressure to do intaglio. Can do linoleum fairly well. I am dampening the paper. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you for the advice.
Greetings , Guadalupe

Are you using felts between the roller and the intaglio plate? Intaglio takes a lot more pressure than lino or woodcuts. Damp paper is right to use, in fact necessary for intaglio.
