Carol,
Can you be more specific? I think it would be fun to have an
Illuminated Letters exchange, with us each taking a letter of the
alphabet and giving it our interpretation as an Illuminated Letter.
Is that anything like what you have in mind?

Sharri, we already had an Alphabet exchange and each of us took a letter.
Signing up late, I got Z, but that was fine with me, and I loved working
on it. I think you were the coordinator.

Below is a very informative site about illuminations, historically done
by monks and with gold leaf. Very interesting, but not what I had in mind. I
have gold leaf but never used it.

I was thinking along the lines of compositional images using one or more
letters or characters from any language. My letters are from the Hebrew
