Thanks Julio -
I appreciate the suggestion to contact me. Le, I'm not sure who you
talked to, but I was in the office yesterday, with two exceptions. I had
to take the car in for service in the a.m. and pick my mother-in-law up
in mid-afternoon.

Sadly, I didn't receive a message or a voice mail either time, or I
would have gotten back immediately. I did just send you an e-mail
offering to help in any way that I can. If you have any problems with
receiving it, let me know.

I just joined American Print Alliance this morning via paypal. It says
that if you use paypal to send them an email to let them know what your
purchase was, along with your shipping info and also to get your member
passward. I tried every email address they listed several times and
they all got returned as undeliverable. Any ideas?

There site might be down....try this one ;
If it is also not working I would try again in a day or two. If you
still do not get an answer let me know and I will call the director.
It is pretty much run by a board and one person. So it the one person is
away...you see the problem. Sort of like if baren council members are
away, that part just does not happen until they return.

I just got off the phone with Carol Pulin, the director of American Print Alliance. Apparently the mailbox is full and that may be why I can't get an email through.
She was very nice to talk with and mentioned that it's just a computer in a room and her and sometimes an intern taking care of the computer issues. We all know how it is when that pesky computer acts up and we need a teenager to help us!
So, they are there and open for business. No worries.
