Please Julio ( or any other relevant person) May I have my blog address,
added to the bloglist.??

I have requested this from you twice already?

So then I wondered if someone else is doing this aspect of Baren
administration nowadays?

I am soon going to make a series of posts, about my recent printmaking
activities, which has been made using wood using stencils woodcut chine
colle, and offset.

I would appreciate it if my blog could be on that list

The address is

Best wishes

I second that mirror trick. In my case I walk it into the bathroom and check it in the mirror there. It gives me the added benefit of the mirror-mirror view reflected by the medicine cabinet mirror in the larger mirror as well, so I can see both at once. I turn it this way and that, getting different angles. Very handy.

Another studio trick I use is to trace cartoons on the patio glass door. No need for a fancy light box that takes up room. The glass door is always handy. And should I absolutely need to trace something after the sun goes down, I can go outside and trace from that side. ;-j

Sorry to post twice in one day, but I have a technical question about the
blog.

I don't remember my password, but I can't reset it because I seem to have a
different email address than when I first signed up. How do I rectify this?
I wanted to comment on Mabel Hewit's white line prints but it wouldn't let
me.

BTW, great white line prints. I love the wood grain. They look like tile
work.

Thanx,

I have an egg carton to use as a palette and baby food jars for any colors I
want to save.

Subject: Size matters - moving forward ...
Posted by: Dave Bull

With the colour blocks for the Hasui design now done, it's time to put on another hat and get the sizing project moved forward a bit.

I took a trip to the local 'home center' to pick up some of the small supplies I will need, and to see if I could find anything that might be useable for the heating pan.

First, the easy part. How to hang and dry the sized paper?

Keeping in mind that one of the problems I have recently had with the paper I received from Misawa-san was the clip marks, I hunted around for something that wouldn't leave any ridges. Found it!

They look like normal (plastic) clothspins, but are designated 'for lingerie'. They have no ridges, just a smooth plastic surface inside the clip!

I bought a bunch, and when I got home, cut some small wood strips, screwed a clip to each end, and made a pile of little 'hangers':
