When I have a few moments, or I am bored out of my head, I doodle. When I doodle though I love to create patterns ala Escher. This particular print was the culmination of about three or four doodles, retaining the best elements and dropping others. The paper was Hosho, the medium was un-mounted linoleum, the ink was Graphic Chemical Black. The biggest pain in the backside was getting the skinny lines carved out of the lino.
