'Fighting Dragons'

Artist's comments ...

    A reduction edition using basswood and printed with Akua Kolor, Lukas and Lawrence pigment on Holland paper. The fighting dragons were originally drawn direct from a circular IIth century bas-relief column around the west door of Lincoln Cathedral in Eastern England. Additional information was obtained from the medieval, Macclesfield Psalter, Fitzwilliam Gallery, Cambridge.
