Comment: Recently, I was in New Orleans, and I was surprised by the fact that, even in the relatively undamaged French Quarter, there were many, many unrented storefronts and apartments, as well as many buildings still requiring repairs. I used a lot of paste in this print to highlight to brushstrokes and baren movement to suggest water and wind.
