Comments: From a photo taken in 1993 at the time when FW de Klerk and Nelson Mandela were engaged in negotiations, for this they received the Nobel Peace Prize. South Africa is one of the few countries where a minority electorate held a referendum and voted for inclusive government, usually minority power blocks hold grimly onto power until overthrown violently. The current government seems to have forgotten that they came in on a power sharing deal and looks headed towards loosing power unless they represent all the people. Adapted for print in 3 tones with PC help. Hand inked and printed on a basic Funditor proof press.
